Global Insight Moves Offices to 24th Street and Camelback Road

The move has become official. The Atlanta-based Insight Global will be moving the establishment’s local offices to 24th Street and Camelback Road. Insight Global is a national staffing organization with a specialty in accounting, technology, engineering and finance sourcing.

Insight Global has signed a long-term lease, as reported by Hines (an international real estate firm) last week. The lease is for 12,460-square-foot at 24th at Camelback II in Phoenix. The 8th floor of the 11-story Class A building will be occupied by Insight Global. The staffing organization will make the move in the beginning of 2017. The occupied floor will provide its employees with beautiful mountain views and a lot of glass exposure. The Class A building covers a total of 306,877-square-foot. It is owned and developed by Hines. The real estate firm also acts as the property manager for the building situated at 2325 E Camelback Road.

According to Michelle Brown, the general proper manager with Hines, Insight Global was attracted to the new location because of its size, design, central location, and the close proximity it offers to numerous businesses in the said area.

Insight Global will be making the current move from its present location in Scottsdale. The staffing firm is known for sourcing professionals working in the fields of information technology, finance, accounting and engineering. It also delivers solutions to Fortune 1000 clients across Canada and the U.S. More than a total of 33,000 individuals were placed through 41 regional offices in Canada and the U.S. back in 2015 by Insight Global.

According to Kevin Benfer, a sales manager at Insight Global, the company is excited to relocate to an area that will enable it to sustain its growth. It also provides the company with the strategic location for attracting Phoenix’s best talent.

During the transaction, Hines was represented by Jeff Hartland and Scott Boardman with Cushman & Wakefield. Insight Global was represented by Jodi Selvey and Kathy Foster with Colliers International.
