Gila River Hotels & Casinos Attempting to Become Guinness World Record Holder

Gila River Hotels & Casinos is celebrating its 25th anniversary in a unique way. They’re attempting to break two Guinness World Record titles this April at Lone Butte. On April 25th at 9 a.m., Gila River will try to be the new record holder for the largest set of bingo balls and the largest bingo card.

Visitors are invited to join the monumental event, which will take place in the parking lot of Lone Butte. It’s one of the few places that’ll have enough room for the giants balls and card.

If you’re 21 or older, you can even play along with the record-breaking bingo set, and you’ll have the chance to win $2,500 in free bonus play to use at Lone Butte, Wild Horse Pass or Vee Quiva; or luxury suite and VIP experience at an Arizona Diamondbacks game.

“We wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary by taking one of the things we are known best for like bingo and blow it up in a huge way to mark this important milestone. We are so proud of all that we’ve accomplished in the community since we’ve opened, and we are excited to celebrate with our valued guests and partners,” said the CEO of Gila River Hotels & Casinos, Kenneth Manuel.

In the last 25 years, bingo has become a large part of Lone Butte. They host daily bingo sessions and B.A.D., Bingo After Dark. Bingo After Dark is a party that is hosted every Friday and Saturday, accompanied by neon lights, a DJ, and unique prizes.
