The Arizona Department of Health Services reported Friday that the state has 314 new positive coronavirus cases and 10 new deaths.
Arizona’s case total is close to the 8,000 mark with the state’s new total COVID-19 cases at 7,962. The state’s death total as reached 330 deaths.
This Saturday, the state will ramp up testing with a program called Arizona Testing Blitz. The focus is to test 10,000-20,000 residents over the next three Saturdays.
Testing is open to anybody who thinks they may have been infected by the coronavirus or exposed to it.
