Founders of Salad and Go to Open Drive-thru Angie’s Lobster

From the local valley entrepreneurs that brought the drive-thru Salad & Go chain to Arizona, they have now set their focus on a new tasty drive-thru concept: lobster!

The founders of Salad & Go, Tony and Roushan Christofellis, recently sold their healthy drive-thru restaurant chain, but that hasn’t stopped them from creating another unique quick service dining establishment. Angie’s Lobster a new drive-thru concept is in the works and they are serving up fried lobster and popular lobster rolls.

When you order at Angie’s Lobster, diners have two main items on the menu to choose from:

Four pieces of fried lobster served with fries, a toasted and buttered bun, and a drink

A lobster roll stuffed with wild-caught lobster and served on a toasted bun with fries and drink

The first Angie’s Lobster located in Tempe at Baseline and Hardy roads is expected to open November 30th, will offer their meals for $9.99.

Note to patrons, don’t bring cash. Angie’s Lobster will only accept debit or credit cards and EBT payments.
