What started as a pop-up ghost kitchen when the original opened in Phoenix in 2020, is now coming into its own as the North Phoenix menu gets a major glow-up worthy of Instagram fame. Now, don’t get it twisted, Fly Bye knows where it came from – the cheesy pan pizza with caramelized crust; golden buttermilk-dipped, hand-breaded chicken tenders; juicy chicken wings that will give you heart-eyes; eight house-made, lick-up-every-drop sauces including the world’s best ranch (yes, we went there), the cheese fondue (it has its own cult-like following at this point) and the spicy buffalo (it packs a punch that just hits different).
