Great police investigating has lead to the arrest of a suspected drug dealer, resulting in the removal of dangerous drugs and guns off the street in north Phoenix.
The case began as officers conducting a search warrant on a cellphone from an unrelated incident found a text message from “Fetty Jeff.”
The term ‘Fetty’ is a slang term for the very dangerous, often lethal drug fentanyl, which is a synthetic narcotic drug.”
During their investigation, police discovered the “Fetty Jeff” phone number was connected to the home of 30-year-old Jeffrey Rabadi. Rabadi had several outstanding warrants out of Phoenix, Peoria, and Coconino County.
Police began undercover surveillance of Rabadi’s home. When he was spoted leaving in a vehicle. Rabadi was pulled over by police near 25th Avenue and Greenway Road. Police discovered two handguns, fentanyl powder, methamphetamine, and 977 blue M30 pills.
Phoenix police conducted a search warrant at Rabadi’s home, located near Seventh Street and Thunderbird Road, and confiscated three long guns, 10 handguns, ammunition, meth, fentanyl powder, Xanax bars, additional M30 pills, dried psychedelic mushrooms, multiple packets of suboxone, and over $9,000 in cash.
Police also found scales, plastic baggies and multiple cellphones.
Rabadi has been booked into jail and charged with multiple drug offenses.
