Thinking back to the early 2000’s, there was a chain of restaurants whose slogan was FAST. FRESH. ITALIAN. The fast-casual Italian-American restaurant chain, Fazoli’s was a popular Italian-American chain whose breadsticks rivaled Olive Garden’s. They closed their restaurants in 2008.

The chain recently announced they would be returning to the valley. Fazoli’s, has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with local restaurateur Nava Singam of Kind Hospitality. Their first location is scheduled to open in Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport next month.

In March, Singam finalized an agreement with Fazoli’s to open nine restaurants in the Valley beginning in 2023 through 2024. With the growth in Arizona and the Phoenix market, the brand is expected to succeed after they have adjusted and elevated all aspects of the guest experience, from new menu items to the excellent tableside service

Fazoli’s is Italian-American menu includes a meatball sub, baked spaghetti, chicken fettuccini alfredo, lasagna chicken carbonara, and a variety of pizzas. The restaurant will also feature their Lifestyle Menu which will be offerings of low carb pepperoni & bacon flatbread, and a gluten-friendly chicken pesto rotini.
