Eco-Friendly Apartment Complex Opens in Downtown Phoenix

ECO Phoenix brings sustainable housing and retail to Roosevelt Row

PHOENIX — A new eco-conscious apartment complex, ECO Phoenix, has officially opened in downtown Phoenix, offering 70 residential units designed with sustainability in mind.

Located at 3rd Avenue and Roosevelt Street, the $20 million, five-story complex spans 125,000 square feet and features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Rent starts at $1,570 for studios, $2,075 for one-bedrooms, and $2,775 for two-bedrooms.

ECO Phoenix integrates rooftop solar panels designed to cut residents’ energy bills by up to 50%, along with a greywater recycling system, electric vehicle chargers, and an on-site car-share program. The development aligns with the city’s sustainable growth goals.

Residents also have access to luxury amenities including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and modern interiors with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building also houses retail spaces on the first floor, with Proof Bread as a featured tenant.

ECO Phoenix is within walking distance of Valley Metro light rail stations and major downtown sports venues like Chase Field and PHX Arena.
