Gilbert is welcoming a new restaurant! Culinary Dropout at the Yard is set to open on April 3rd. The new restaurant, managed by Fox Restaurant Concepts, is almost up and running, and it’ll be located on Gilbert Road and Hearn Way.

The restaurant will have ample room for patrons, including indoor and outdoor seating, two private dining rooms, and an outdoor entertainment area — which will be called “the Yard.” The entertainment area will feature backyard-style games like ping-pong and cornhole.

It won’t be the first restaurant in the region to offer these amenities; there are four locations in total. The others are located in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. There are also locations in Tucson, Las Vegas, and Austin, Texas.

The new location is Gilbert is looking to hire almost 200 employees. The positions range from managers and waitstaff to security. Hiring fairs will take place March 4th to the 9th and 11th to the 16th from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the restaurant. If you’re interested, you can also apply on the company’s website.
