Comerica Theatre Will Have A New Name In 2020

Comerica Theatre in downtown Phoenix has been given a new name for the new year.

The entertainment venue has been renamed Arizona Federal Theatre, after the Phoenix-based credit union.

The space at Washington Street and Fourth Avenue was known as Dodge Theatre when it opened back in 2002.

It was renamed for Dallas-based financial services company Comerica in 2010.

“New name – Same Great Concert Experience!” the venue said in a Facebook post.

Arizona Federal Theatre holds 5,000 seats and has hosted acts including Harry Connick Jr., Jerry Seinfeld, David Bowie, Ellen DeGeneres and Stevie Nicks.
