Christmas at the Princess Adds New Experiences To Their Christmas Tradition

The annual Christmas tradition at the Fairmont Princess Resort is in full swing this holiday season. Celebrating thirteen years and 65 acres of Arizona holiday magic, the Christmas at the Princess experience is back!

This holiday marks thirteen years the resort has been bringing the magic of Christmas to the valley and with 65 acres of pure holiday bliss, this event is one not to miss.

The resort continues to offer their yearly traditional fun and each year adds to the event by introducing new experiences and activities. They reportedly have added a half million lights, bringing their overall light count to six and a half million total. Families can also enjoy their unique Santa experiences including cookies with Mrs. Clause. Returning this year will be the Snow Mountain ice slide, the Alpine Skate Trail, and of course their delicious fire-side smores.


The resort made sure to include some fun for adults too. While sitting fireside, overlooking the romantic lagoon lights, 21 years and older guests can enjoy the Chateau Champagne. Here guests can indulge in champagne, a seafood tower and a delicious fondue experience.

Be sure to check out the new Princess Noel’s Make a Wish Foundation playhouse. The 250 square foot, two story playhouse is beautiful decorated and lit up. It is one not to miss. Guests can find it at the self-parking entrance, it is free to visit.

Admission and Parking:

General admission includes access to Enchanted Plaza with the four-story musical tree, the Enchanted Plaza video show, Princess Express Train, a walk-through experience of more than 6.5 million Lagoon Lights. Attractions include the Princess Express Trains, Snow Mountain Ice Slide, Polar Glide Ice Slide, The Chair Lift Ferris Wheel, Lolli Swings, and the Christmas Carousel. Additional activities such as ice skating, photos with Santa, shopping, dining and other additional activities are an extra charge.

  • Self-parking and admission – $80, includes four wristbands admissions.
