Chandler Fashion Center To Open ‘Crayola Experience’ In May

Before the month is over, kids and families will be able to paint with melted wax, design coloring pages and color them, and play games when “The Crayola Experience” opens at Chandler Fashion Center mall.

On Thursday, Crayola announced that the 20,000-square-foot attraction would open on May 23, 2019 at 10 a.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9:45 a.m.

The mall is located near the Loop 101 Price Freeway and Chandler Blvd. in Chandler and the attraction will be located near the food court in the former Gap retail space


Visitors will be able to print their names on crayons, take selfies, make wax spin-art, and take photos with life-sized crayon mascots.

There will also be a retail store open to the public, spanning 4,000-square-feett with t-shirts, plush toys and other merchandise. The store will be open to the public.

According to the website, admission is $14.99 per person. People can save $1 when buying tickets online. Annual Passes are available for $34.99 per person, though they are offering discounted passes for $29.99 both online and at the store. Family passes for three or four people are being sold for $79 and $99, respectively.

There are four other locations of The Crayola Experience: Orlando, Florida; Bloomington, Minnesota; Plano, Texas; and Easton, Pennsylvania.
