Celebrated Breakfast Restaurant To Open In Phoenix

Phoenix will soon see the opening of Over Easy, a beloved Arizonan restaurant spot. The restaurant will be opening in the Biltmore Center, off Camelback Road. This will mark the 6th restaurant installment for the breakfast company. Over Easy has maintained its status as an original Arizona restaurant, and only has one location outside of the state, which lies in Bellingham Washington. After the opening of the Biltmore location, Over Easy will then have a total of 5 restaurants within the Arizona area.

New Location Will Serve Classic Favorites

Many of the franchises early morning favorites will continue being served at the new location. In the past, guests have come to regard Over Easy’s Nut Banana French Toast as a menu favorite. This menu item (and the restaurant itself) rose to national prominence after being featured on The Food Network. Over Easy also has a popular lunch menu, which includes selections such as Chicken Fried Steak. The restaurant has been seen in Bon Appetit Magazine, bolstering its already national presence. Chef Aaron May, has played a significant role in establishing what has come to be known as a “morning diner” aesthetic, that many breakfast restaurants have since attempted to duplicate.

Adding Modern Flair To Classic Breakfast Meals

Both the menu and Over Easy’s restaurant decor, contribute toward the restaurant’s success and statewide acceptance. Over Easy is known for putting new spins on classic breakfast items. Since the restaurant’s inception in Phoenix in 2008, it has consistently remained as one of the most celebrated brunch locations in the area. There are a number of salads available as well as a “Lite Fare” portion of the menu, for guests seeking healthier options.
