In the recently reinvented Town and Country Plaza, Snooze: An AM Eatery is a trendy breakfast and brunch spot with locations now in Colorado, California, and Texas. With a retro diner ambiance, their menu is divided into themes with a “Flavors From A Hen” section for all the egg-lovers and an entire section just for hollandaise-inspired dishes.
