The Biltmore Corporate Park located on 6245 N. 24th Street near Lincoln Drive has been sold for $7,075,000 to a local investor. It is a multi-story office building that the new owner plans to modernize.

The office building was purchased by Art Cunningham’s Fountainhead Equity Partners and KEMF BCP Investments LLC from Johnson Grove Partnership on February 17.

According to the Arizona Corporate Commission records, KEMF is the arm of Kemper and Ethel Marley Foundation.

In 1980 was when the Biltmore Corporate Park was originally constructed and in this year, 2017, the building underwent some significant remodeling.
