Bar Louie is going west to Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District.

The Texas-based bar and restaurant will open Friday at Westgate, 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd., Suite G118. Bar Louie’s other Arizona location is at Tempe Marketplace. 

“We are beyond excited to open our second Arizona location for the people in the greater Phoenix area,” said Chip Mahoney, Bar Louie general manager. “Every week, Bar Louie will feature live local music on Thursdays starting at 10 p.m., which is a perfect complement to our atmosphere and drinks.”

Founded in downtown Chicago in 1990, Bar Louie is known for its martinis, cocktails and signature drinks, plus a wide selection of import beers, 30 drafts and 20 unique wines by the glass. The menu features a selection of appetizers, flatbreads, salads, burgers and sandwiches.

During happy hour weekdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests can enjoy $3.25 drafts, $4.25 wines by the glass, $5.25 signature martinis, half price flatbreads & select appetizers.

Bar Louie Westgate will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. It is located on Westgate’s Waterdance Plaza just south of the Yard House.
