If you want to experience an event that is being held in order to crown the ‘Best Arizona Bartender’ then make sure to head on over to Bar Brawl next month!

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Bar Brawl, it is an event created by ‘Sanctuary Camelback Mountain – Resort and Spa’. The event is held at the establishment’s Jade Bar. The competition pits the region’s top mixologists against each other to see who proves him or herself to be the best. Chef Beau MacMillain will serve as the MC during the Bar Brawl. The winner of each event, to be held every Sunday, will be determined by a special panel made of celebrity judges. Eddie Aces, the lead mixologist, serves as the referee.  

The event will start its second season on the 17^th of July. Each brawl will last from 8-11pm. Crowds will have a lot to be entertained by. A DJ will be featured in each event along with a ‘Bar Brawl Bites’ menu offering food items at happy hour prices.

This year’s contestants include Jax Donahue, John Christie, Keifer Gilbert, Maxton Kennedy, Tim Lafever Jr., Libby Longlott, Matt Martinez, and Stephanie Teslar. A schedule has also been released so people can decide which Sunday nights they want to be a part of if they aren’t able to attend all of the dates.

Championship and crowning of Bar Brawl ‘Bar Master’ – 28^th August

A $99 room rate has also been introduced this year. This is exclusive for the attendees of the competition. People will have to make reservations in advance. Keep in mind that the current offer is only valid on Bar Brawl event nights.

The current eight competitors excel as mixologists and that is why the competition to see who wins is going to be very exciting.
