Attorney General Kris Mayes announced a significant victory for Arizona consumers today, securing a settlement with All Good Shutter and Blind, LLC, following a consumer fraud investigation. The agreement guarantees refunds for customers affected by undelivered window treatment orders and ensures the company complies with future business practices.
“This settlement sends a strong message: businesses must deliver on their promises to Arizona consumers,” said Attorney General Mayes. “If they fail to meet their obligations, we will hold them accountable. Protecting consumers from fraudulent practices remains a top priority for my office.”
The investigation was initiated after multiple complaints were filed against All Good Shutter and Blind, which had been accepting payments for custom window treatments without fulfilling the orders. The company operated from 2016 until its closure in December 2023.
Under the terms of the settlement, the owners of All Good Shutter and Blind are required to pay $62,500 to refund affected customers. Additionally, the company must commit to honest advertising and ensure timely delivery of products and services in the future.
The settlement stipulates that All Good’s owners must refrain from falsely representing the availability or timely delivery of goods and services. They are now required to deliver all advertised or sold services in a timely manner, as promised to consumers.
Eligible customers will be contacted by the Attorney General’s Office regarding their refunds. Assistant Attorney General Suzanne Pendergast led the case.
