Arizona Police Departments Asking Community to Vote to Win K9 Grant

Police Department K9 units from all over the country are competing to win $25,000 for their departments and several Arizona agencies have the opportunity to win, but they need your help.

Aftermath, a specialized company that offers trauma cleaning and biohazard removal services, is sponsoring The Aftermath K9 grant. It will awarded to the agency that receives the most votes by October 26th.

In the Southwest Region, there are six Arizona police departments that vying for the grant that would help expanding the K9 units or provide new equipment for the dogs that do so much for the community.


The following departments that are competing are:

Prescott Valley Police Department

Peoria Police Department – Picture Not Available

Payson Police Department

Oro Valley Police Department

Prescott Police Department

Arizona State University Police

Voting is simple and consists of two easy steps.

  1. Find your favorite K9 and cast your vote with just a simple click from now until October 26th. There are no forms to complete in the voting process.
  2. Share your vote on social media and come back every 24 hours to vote again.
