Finding the right Arizona government program may soon involve less digging through agency websites and more simply asking a question.
Gov. Katie Hobbs launched FindServices.az.gov Monday, an artificial intelligence-powered search tool designed to help residents find state services using everyday language. The site pulls together information from more than 60 state departments, agencies, boards and commissions that collectively offer more than 300 programs.
Instead of knowing the exact name of a government program, users can type questions such as finding help with groceries or locating a babysitter. The site can also provide practical information, including nearby MVD hours and instructions for applying for a contractor’s license.
The mobile-friendly platform is available in English and Spanish and includes categories for filing complaints, checking regulations and researching business licenses. It also has a fraud-reporting feature that directs reports involving fraud, waste and abuse to the appropriate state authorities.
The tool was built using Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and represents a broader effort to make government services easier to navigate. For residents, the biggest change may be simple: they no longer need to know which state agency handles a problem before they can start looking for help.
