PHOENIX — As housing affordability becomes a top concern for Arizona voters, Courtney LeVinus, President and CEO of the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), appeared on PBS’s Arizona Horizon to discuss the progress made in tackling the crisis.
LeVinus emphasized the association’s success in pushing pro-housing legislation at the state Capitol. These efforts aim to reduce regulatory barriers, encourage multifamily development, and expand housing options for working families across Arizona.
She stressed that continued policy reforms are essential as demand for affordable housing outpaces supply in both urban and rural communities.
“We’re seeing bipartisan momentum because housing is impacting every corner of the state,” LeVinus said.
