The Arizona Department of Health Services released the Wednesday daily report and the state is showing no signs of slowing down in the number of positive cases.

Wednesday’s report shows there is an additional 1,556 new coronavirus cases in the state. The new daily addition is close to the state’s highest single-day case report of 1,579, which was last Friday. Arizona now has 29,852 reported cases.

In addition, the released information reports that the state has had an additional 25 deaths. Arizona’s COVID-19 death toll is now 1,095.
