In this city, median home values have increased 45% between 2011 and 2015 and are expected to continue to rise. With more than 90% of homes flaunting more than two bedrooms, potential homeowners can find the family homes that they want.

Home appreciation values continue to rise across Arizona with many areas seeing home values increase by more than 40% in the last four years. According to SmartAsset, Arizona homes have “appreciated faster than homes almost anywhere else.” On SmartAsset’s list of top ten cities to buy a family home, Phoenix-area cities Gilbert and Scottsdale, AZ steal spots No. 3 and 8, while Chandler takes the No. 1 spot on the list.
