Several celebrities are heading to Arizona later this month for the annual Annexus Pro-Am at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.  The star-studded golf event will take place 8:30 am to 10:30 am, January 31 at TPC Scottdale’s Stadium Course. The Pro-Am is a part of hugely popular Waste Management Phoenix Open and draws both big crowds and big names. 2017 attendance for the single day affair broke previous records as more than 77,000 fans gathered. Pro golfers join celebrities for a lively mix of entertainment, sport, and bragging rights.

The highly anticipated event brings excitement to the area each winter and the list of attendees eagerly awaited. 2018’s list includes sports stars such as NFL’s Emmitt Smith, MLB’s Greg Maddux, and Olympic stars, Michael Phelps and Bode Miller. Lady Antebellum crooner, Charles Kelley, will also be featured. Cardinals’ players, including Larry Fitzgerald, Patrick Peterson, and Bruce Arians, are already on the roster. More names and specific tee times will be announced in upcoming days.

The Phoenix Open has been held for eighty years and boasts the highest attendance of all of the world’s golf tournaments. The event is referred to as the “The Greatest and Greenest Show on Grass” and is known for being a huge departure from the usual sedate golf events.
