Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor Gets Retail Update

“America’s Friendliest Airport,” where customer experience is a top priority, is putting the finishing touches on the first phase of a major retail upgrade to Terminal 4. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport serves over 100,000 passengers a day and aims to please, from wheels up to wheels down, entry to exit.

Terminal 4, Sky Harbor’s busiest terminal, will soon offer new stores before travelers even pass through security. From a “rustic-chic” clothing and accessory store (Bunky Boutique) to a souvenir shop representing the famous downtown art district (Roosevelt Row), several new stores will highlight local Phoenix flavor. Other pre-security store additions include Johnston & Murphy, specializing in footwear and leather goods, iStore, providing digital accessories, Sunglass Hut, offering brand name sunglasses, and Mosaic, showcasing artistic jewelry and ceramics.

Post-security, guests will be able to continue browsing new local, regional, and national stores. Travelers can grab some last-minute snacks, travel essentials, and reading material from 12 News, Connections, Hudson, and TODAY, as well as tech accessories from eSavvy. Those looking for a unique souvenir can browse Arizona Highways for state-themed gifts and Cactus Candy for some prickly-pear cactus candy. Airport guests will also have the option to purchase high quality career and casual clothes at Brooks Brothers, art glass and hand crafted sculptures at Earth Spirit, and a variety of jewelry from Fire CZ and Uno de 50. Travelers hoping to unwind before their flight can even indulge in a massage, facial, or manicure at Xpress Spa.

And the retail overhaul isn’t finished with these new stores. Proposals for a second wave of Terminal 4 additions are due by August 23, with the second phase retailers opening their doors by the end of 2017. More information can be found at skyharbor.com.
