Lake Havasu State Park To Open New Cabins By June

Last year Lake Havasu received around 488,000 visitors according to Park Manager, Pete Knotts. That number is expected to increase by the end of this upcoming year to 500,000. Park Officials have announced that 13 new cabins will be built by June along the Colorado River within 50 yards of the shoreline. The cabins will offer incredible views of the water and the California landscape on the horizon.

Construction was launched for the first 13 cabins in December, however there will be a total of 20 later on in the project. In addition, several family rooms, bathroom and shower facilities, and roads will also be improved upon at the park.
