It Is Almost Election Time – Are You Registered To Vote?

It’s almost time to vote in the Arizona primary! Elections are only a few weeks away. Because of this, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office is trying to get the word out about the importance of citizens voting. To participate in deciding who’ll be in the general election, citizens must register by July 30th. The election will take place on August 28th.

Residents can get all of their voting questions answered by visiting Maricopa.Vote or visit the Arizona Secretary of State’s website.

Voting is simple. Residents only must provide a few details: proof of citizenship; full name; current address; date of birth; last four digits of their social security number or driver’s license number; and phone number. However, remember you cannot vote unless you are registered, and time is running out to do so for the upcoming election.
