The Arizona iconic horse-racing track that has been vacant for more than 50 years will soon be demolished. The Phoenix Trotting Park opened in 1965 and operated for two seasons before shutting down due to low attedance and flooding that limited access to the track. The 194 acre property will be up for sale and the City of Goodyear would like to see the land redevleoped for businesses. Watch the Drone Video of the Week and get an up close look at this property.
