2024 Final Four Games Coming Back To Phoenix

In a live Twitter broadcast Monday afternoon, the NCAA announced the sites of the Men’s Final Four games over the next four years: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.

2023’s games will be in Houston, 2024’s matches will take place in Phoenix, 2025’s games will be in San Antonio, and 2026’s games will be located in Indianapolis.

The games in Phoenix will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. Downtown Phoenix will also have a number of parties and media events, along with celebrations in the rest of the area.

Phoenix last hosted the Final Four in 2017. When bidding on a 2024, 2025, or 2026 spot, it was competing with several other cities, including Dallas, Los Angeles, San Antonio, and Indianapolis.

The Final Four locations for 2019 through 2022 have already been announced. 2019 will be in Minneapolis, 2020 in Atlanta, 2021 in Indianapolis, and 2022 in New Orleans.

The regional organization that competes to host the event, the Phoenix Local Organizing Committee, held a celebration event at the Sheraton Grand Downtown Hotel. Last week, the group, accompanied by both state and city officials, had made one last trip to meet with the NCAA in Boston about hosting the event.
